VolkerFitzpatrick wins contract to deliver fourth warehouse at Midlands Logistics Park in Corby

Corby Land and Development, a joint venture between Mulberry Developments and Frogmore has chosen VolkerFitzpatrick to deliver Unit Four, a new warehouse at the Midlands Logistics Park in Corby, Northamptonshire. Works on the contract, worth over £9.5 million, began on 7 September 2020 and will continue through to 19 April 2021.

The works on Unit Four involve the design and construction of a new 245,500ft2 warehouse. In addition to constructing the shell, the team will install Cat A offices and set up utilities. 

Externally, the team will be responsible for soft landscaping, drainage, and the installation of 197 car parking spaces, 43 HGV trailer bays, 22 dock access doors and three-level access doors.

The work on Unit Four follows on from the construction and fit out of the previous three plots for Corby Land and Development.
