- Retained 78% of existing concrete frame
- Required carefully planned logistics with a high level gantry for double decker buses to pass underneath
- Adapted existing RC frame to form new ten storey RC north core
- Two new floors added (6th & 7th) in steel frame
- External facade made up of feature brickwork, stone and Schuco glazed system
- Reception has terrazzo floor finishes, polished plaster walls with reeded glass and a bronze finish to the lift reveals
