VolkerFitzpatrick design and built new office for JP Morgan, situated in Foundation Park, Building 1, Maidenhead, Berkshire.
- Design and build contract for a new three-storey, 57,000 sq. ft, with Cat A fit out
- Cable-supported ‘floating’ staircase in three-storey atrium reception
- Rooftop Terrace
- Pile cap foundations, steel frame, in-situ reinforced concrete upper floors
- Two single, precast lift shafts are being installed on the site.
- Façade includes glazed curtain walling and alternating feature panels
- Acoustic raft ceiling panels and exposed services
- The site will also accommodate a external parking, hard & soft landscaping.
- LED lighting and EPC ‘A’ rating
