- Demolition of existing factory building
- Offices for Luton Borough Council and business start-up units
- Children’s indoor play area and PCT healthcare facilities
- Existing community centre remained in occupation during construction
- Completed in two phases to allow client decanting
- 25% of workforce from local Marsh Farm estate
- 50% of workforce from Luton/Bedfordshire area
- 50% of contract value placed with local firms
- Eight trainee placements on the project
