National Maritime Systems Centre
VolkerFitzpatrick constructed the new National Maritime Systems Centre on behalf of leading science and engineering company QinetiQ, who we have a long standing relationship with. We created a world leading testing facility to consolidate QinetiQ and the Solent’s position within the sector. The contemporary open plan space provides a modern working environment with views over Portsdown Harbour and Winchesters’ rolling hills.
The building design integrates highly engineered areas, demanding telecommunication routes and storage facilities, with commercial office space and VIP areas that represent QinetiQ at the highest level.
