VolkerFitzpatrick completed the base build and Cat A fit out of a regional distribution warehouse, pre-let to H&M
- Single stage D&B of 760,000 ft2 distribution warehouse
- 20m to haunch
- Over 3,000 tonnes steel frame
- Three storey, 44,000 ft2 offices with dining area
- Three bailing compactors for waste disposal
- We carried out guided site tours for 70 pupils from two local schools followed by talks on careers in construction
- We liaised closely with tenant H&M ensuring their follow-on works were closely coordinated with our base build
- We sequenced all our works to ensure efficient racking installation by Schafer
