The awards solidify VolkerFitzpatrick’s commitment to raising industry standards and delivering excellence in community engagement, workforce welfare, and environmental stewardship. This recognition validates their dedication to considerate management and responsible construction practices.

At the Apex, the team combined sustainable alternatives with traditional construction methods by using bricks made from excavated clay from the site to construct the basement perimeter walls.

At Eastbrook Studios in Dagenham, as well as using a range of sustainable energy techniques the team provided social value opportunities for local residents and students.

At Magna Park in Corby, the project team positively impacted the local community through their strong focus on social value. As well as donating weekly to the local food bank, working with the local community centre, and previously running an easter egg appeal, the team also liaised with local schools and have provided apprenticeship opportunities at the site.

Philip Lavelle, Operations Director for VolkerFitzpatrick, Building division, said: “We are delighted to be awarded three prestigious CCS National Site Awards. As a people-first business, we are proud to work collaboratively with our clients, and our community to deliver lasting value, safely, across the UK. Huge congratulations to the team on this success.”
