VolkerFitzpatrick designed and built the BREEAM rated 10-storey office and retail building, 24 King William Street, in central London, on behalf of Beltane Asset Management.

•    Single stage design and build

•    Increased Net Internal Area (NIA) from 50,000 ft2 to 71,000 ft2
•    Full Cat A office fit out
•    Back to frame refurbishment with two new floors added
•    Strengthened existing structure
•    All floor plate perimeters extended by 400mm
•    Added new curtain walling
•    Rated BREEAM very good
•    Managed complex logistics opposite Monument tube station 
•    Coordinated activities with London Underground and another major office development
•    Innovative solution found to restriction on tower cranes (used spider cranes and a monorail system)
